All business is undertaken subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the FENEX, in its last version. Please find enclosed a copy of these conditions on Dutch-Forwarding-Conditions-Dutch.pdf or Dutch-Forwarding-Conditions-English.pdf. Despite the conditions applicable to this agreement the principal shall continuously indemnify Speed - as well as on first request from Speed provide security - for all claims of third parties connected with any order given to Speed, including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable.
